Questions people ask before buying
- What exactly am I billed for?
- Plans are billed per seat, per workspace, per month (or per year on the annual cycle). A seat is one person in one workspace — the same person in two workspaces is two seats. Credit packs are one-time purchases, billed once.
- What is a credit?
- Credits are the single unit for everything Surfy does in the cloud — messages, app builds, publishing. The table above shows what typical work costs. On-device Surfy Edge chats are free and unlimited on every tier, including Free.
- Should I buy a pack or a plan?
- A pack if your usage is occasional: pay once, spend the credits whenever, nothing recurring. A plan if you use Surfy regularly — it refills credits every month and adds custom domains, hosted apps and higher limits. Packs stack on top of a plan when a month runs long.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes — cancel any time from Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Credits you bought outright are yours: they never expire and are not lost when a plan ends.
Plan prices are per seat, per workspace, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prefer no subscription? Credit packs start at $5 and never expire.
