System requirements

  • macOS 14 Sonoma or later
  • Apple silicon (M1 or later)
  • ~400 MB of free disk space
  • Optional on-device Surfy: 8 GB+ memory (the model downloads in-app, 4–13 GB)

Install Surfspace

  1. Download the Surfspace disk image (.dmg).
  2. Open it and drag Surfspace into your Applications folder.
  3. Launch Surfspace and sign in to your workspace.
  4. Optional: switch Surfy to Edge to run on-device — the model downloads on first use.
